The team consists of of a series of investigators with Charlie as the lead investigator working alongside several colleague's who are the team’s sensitives who literally ensure activity is almost guaranteed with just their attendance at any event!
Our goal is to try and get as much activity as possible at every event which is an incredibly hard thing to do as sometimes spirits are simply not active.
As people’s perceptions have changed and technology has improved, much more credible results can be obtained from professional ghost hunts using tried and tested techniques along with the most up-to-date technology.
When the opportunity is there to stay on at an event past 3am, we will always offer this as the witching hour is real and things always hot up as the evening progresses. When an event finishes at 1-2am this is not due to us not wanting to stay, but sometimes the specific location is not allowing us to investigate beyond these times which we have to respect.
As well as the standard ouija boards and table tipping exercises that a lot of paranormal companies carry out, we will be trying different methods to obtain the best results. We will try and film each event and will use night vision when doing viduals in the dark (literally pitch black!).
An edited version of this film will be available to everyone attending and posted on all our social media platforms. We will also use the latest technology available which are seldom used on current ghost hunts and offer guests the opportunity to try these out for themselves.
This will include using spirit boxes (SPB11), EMF metres (K2’s), REM pods, laser grids, Hexcom (British version of the Ovilus 3 which is a box that has a database of thousands of words that spirits can tap into and produce onto a screen).
We will also be introducing an SLS camera which displays spiritual entities in the form of stick figures as seen on a number of ghost shows. We will constantly be adding to our tech as and when new items come to market to ensure our clients get the most complete experience for every event.
Our next three events can be found on the forthcoming events tab which start in August with Hichingbrook House in Cambridgeshire and move to Kevldon Hatch Secret Bunker in Brentwood in November and finally the Jack the Ripper Museum in London for a Christmas special.
As our company grows in size, there will be a lot more information on our up-and-coming events as well as case studies done of local abandoned buildings and areas that are rife with spirit activity.
For now, we hope you can join us at one of our events and if you wish to reach out to us with any queries, comments etc., then please use the contact e-mail.
Also, we are more than happy to discuss any paranormal future events or anyone wanting to nominate somewhere they feel would be an amazing experience for us all.
I want to believe are looking to recruit volunteers to help assist with their investigations.
As events grow in size and volume, we will need more help in running events and splitting groups down to manageable numbers. Ideally, experience would be preferred but training can be provided and the main asset is to be confident in speaking in front of groups of people.
You would need to be able to drive to events in the Herts, Beds, Bucks, Essex and London areas.
You would need to be available initially one weekend every month but this will grow to more weekends as time progresses.
If you think you would like to become part of the team then please e-mail us at: charlie@iwanttobelieveuk.co.uk
Get in touch today if you have any questions about our dark events, or to chat about any other enquiry. We will get back you as soon as possible.
